This year the need for Toys, Sporting Goods, Bikes and Gift Cards for Financially Challenged Families with Children and Teens in Southern California is critical! Once again 99.5 KKLA, 98.3 FM The Word, AM870 The Answer and AM590 The Answer are partnering with the California Highway Patrol to support the CHiPs for Kids Toy Drive. Every year the CHP collects and distributes thousands of toys and gifts to disadvantaged Children and Teens throughout Southern California.
And partnering with us again this year to help collect Toys and Gifts for the CHP are Grizzly Firearms with two locations in Moreno Valley, Aldik Home in Van Nuys and LifeSource Water Systems in Pasadena. Plus we'll also invite you to our Offices and Studios in Glendale to donate toys and gifts as well.
You can drop by Grizzly Firearms, Aldik Home and LifeSource Water Systems to drop-off your donation of a New, Unwrapped Toy, Sporting Good or Gift Card during their regular business hours and when we are on location with our STREET TEAM and LIVE RADIO BROADCAST with Pastor Scott Furrow and The Morning Answer's Jennifer Horn. During our Live Events, stop by for Hot Coffee, Hot Chocolate, pastries and snacks and at select events, a Special Appearance by Santa Claus.
Please remember that all donations need to be new and unwrapped. Gift cards are especially needed for older children and teens from retailers such as Target, Walmart, BestBuy, Amazon etc.
