Comfort is easy. Obedience is costly.
And this generation of men must decide which road they’re walking.

Forged in Obedience is not another men’s event — it is a call to courageous, uncompromising discipleship. A night of worship, truth, and brotherhood that challenges men to follow Jesus fully… even when it costs them everything.

This is a gathering for men who are tired of shallow faith, watered-down Christianity, and convenient compromise — and who are ready to be forged by God into men of conviction, clarity, and courage.

What This Night Is About

We live in a culture that rewards comfort and punishes conviction.
But Scripture calls men to something higher:

To deny themselves
To take up their cross
To follow Christ — fully and faithfully

Forged in Obedience is a call back to biblical manhood — rooted in truth, formed in brotherhood, and strengthened by worship and the Word of God.

This is not hype.
This is not fluff.
This is formation.

Fathers & Sons Welcome

Men are encouraged to bring their teenage sons (high school age and older) to stand shoulder-to-shoulder in worship and in truth.

This is a powerful opportunity for fathers and sons to:

• Worship together
• Hear God’s Word together
• Be challenged together
• Begin or deepen spiritual conversations at home

Our prayer is that this night would help shape the next generation of men by placing them in the presence of faithful, biblical leadership and uncompromising truth.

Guest Speaker — Ken Graves

We are honored to welcome Pastor Ken Graves, founding pastor of Calvary Chapel Bangor and one of the most respected Bible teachers in the country.

Ken is known for his bold, Bible-centered teaching and unwavering commitment to the authority of Scripture. His message is clear, courageous, and deeply pastoral — calling men to repentance, obedience, and genuine faith in Christ.

Ken is traveling from Maine to California to be with us — flying in, teaching, and returning the next day — simply to pour into the men of Beachcities. He requested no speaking fee and has approached this night with a servant’s heart, trusting God and the generosity of His people.

This is a rare and meaningful opportunity to hear a man who has faithfully walked with God for decades and still stands firm in truth.

Cost & Giving

This event is free to attend.
We want there to be no financial barriers for men or families to come.

There will be an optional opportunity to give toward the cost of the evening and to honor our guest speaker, based on 1 Timothy 5:17. Giving is completely voluntary and between you and the Lord.
