Marine Single-Handedly Disarms Robber At Gas Station

This footage from a surveillance camera is absolutely, incredibly jaw-dropping! James Kilcer, a Marine, single-handedly disarms a robber at a gas station. Lives were saved, and a robbery was halted because one man was willing to lay down his life. It was late evening in Yuma, Arizona when James stopped at a gas station to pick up a few items before going home. As he was chatting with the gas station clerk, three young men entered the store with masks on and one of them had a gun. These young men were expecting an easy robbery to go smoothly where they would leave with money in hand. But they weren’t counting on God to place James at the place at the right time. In a matter of seconds, James single-handedly grabbed the gun that was pointed straight at the clerk. He acted in less than three seconds and botched the robbery. He didn’t use brute strength either! He assessed the situation and noted that only one of the three young men had a gun. He also noticed the robber was looking at the clerk and wasn’t expecting James to act out or move. James then reached out and grabbed the gun. He effectively knocked these three robbers off of their game with the element of surprise. James then apprehended one of the robbers until law enforcement arrived on the scene. When he was questioned about the situation, James said, he wouldn’t hesitate to risk his life again. He added, "The Marine Corps taught me not to [mess] around." This video is going viral, and it’s not surprising why. It deserves to be shared. His incredible act of bravery is refreshing, inspiring, and reminds us all to stand up for justice while we trust in God. Those who have seen the eight-second surveillance video have commented, “He protected our country, you think he can't protect a store? GOD BLESS YOU SIR.” Another viewer said, “That dude attacked him faster than a snake striking its prey!” Thank God for men like James. His courageous act reminds us that to be a man of God is to stand up and be counted on when there is danger or other evil. James knew he could trust God for the outcome and this is what makes him a strong, courageous soldier. May we all rely and trust God’s hand to protect us in any and every situation. Bless this man for his willingness to stand up and protect! “Praise be to the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle. He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, in whom I take refuge, who subdues peoples under me.” Psalms 144:1-2

Country Artist Moved To Tears After Randy Travis Appears On Stage With Him

There is nothing like meeting your hero. In this video, a country artist is moved to tears after Randy Travis appears on stage with him. Singer Jon Pardi got an unexpected surprise when he thought that he was honoring Randy Travis as the 2021 Artist of a Lifetime for CMT. Jon says that Randy influences him as an artist and he is one of his heroes. While Jon was celebrating Randy’s music, Randy shows up in the room. Jon says, “What?!” He smiles and Randy smiles back. Jon replies, “Well hey, Randy, this is a surprise.” Mary, Randy’s wife, expresses her gratitude to be at the Palace hearing Randy’s music. The restaurant where they are honoring him was where Randy worked as a cook and dishwasher, and they put him up on the stage. The rest is history. At the end of the song Jon sings next to Randy and his wife, he chokes back tears. Jon had what was probably one of the best days of his life. Thinking about how Jon was so amazed and humbled to be in the presence of his hero, reminds us about how we are to be even more so with God. Jesus is our ultimate Hero who died on the cross for our sins and just as Randy came to Jon, Jesus came to us. In the midst of our sin, Christ died for us. He is with us always through the gift of the Holy Spirit and one day, we too will have tears of joy at the sight of the face of our great God. “And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying: “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man, and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God.‘He will wipe away every tear from their eyes,’ and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the former things have passed away.’” Revelation 21:3

Limo Driver Dad Takes Kids To School In Style After Bus Shortage

Every child probably would love to ride up to school in a super cool car. In this video a limo driver dad takes kids to school in style after a bus shortage. When there was a bus shortage in Ohio, Sean Rogers Jr. decided to help out in a unique way. He decided to bring his limo to pick up children on a bus route. He shares, “When I first pulled up to houses or whatever, they were amazed, their faces were shocked. They couldn’t even believe it.” He explains that the children knew they were going to school, but not in a limo. I cannot even imagine the happiness and excitement of these children. This caring father knows that education is important and decided to use his tools to help kids get where they needed to go. His own children were not able to go to school because the bus never showed up. This was upsetting to him and he decided to make a change for the better. Sean shares how he posted on Facebook to help parents get rides for their children. Parent after parent contacted him for assistance. He still uses the limo to take kids to school today. Sean even shares that if the buses come back and they still want him to help out, he is going to be there. Sean’s attitude of relentlessness in helping his children and others is amazing. This should remind us that God loves us unconditionally and we as the church are also called to support each other and love those around us. “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:35

Teen Disguises Himself As Homeless And People's Kindness Will Restore Your Faith In Humanity

Generosity to a stranger goes a long way. In this video, a teen disguises himself as homeless and people’s kindness will restore your faith in humanity. A group called, “I Like Giving” dressed a teenager named Jacob up as a homeless person for a good cause. Jacob does a social experiment where if a person gives to him, He gives them a gift card back for their decision to be generous. As Jacob goes up to people who are giving to him from their cars or from the street, he provides a gift card to them. Many of the individuals are shocked and encouraged to be given back to. In the video, suddenly a guard comes up and tells him that he cannot panhandle in front of the store. He nicely asked him if he had someone to guard him. As the two teens describe what they are doing, they interview Carlos the guard. He shares that he is looking for the goodness of the heart. A young girl appears out of nowhere with cash and then they gift her. The girl’s mother is surprised by the financial return. The teens get pumped up and chest bump with Carlos. This video reminds us that God loves a cheerful giver. We as believers are called to give out of a heart of joy, not begrudgingly. As we witness the many people who choose to help Jacob in this clip, may it inspire us to be generous of the heart through the power of the Spirit of God in us. “The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” 2 Corinthians 9:6-7

Former FBI Agent Takes On His Biggest Challenge As School Bus Driver

Can you imagine leading the FBI and stepping down to drive a bus instead? Mike Mason, a former FBI agent, takes on his biggest challenge as a school bus driver and he believes his job making ‘wheels on the bus go round’ for special needs children is just as vital as his former job! Mike is still one of the most highly ranked FBI agents in history. Before he retired from his former job, he was one of the top four agents in the country and protected our country in the crimes unit. Now he wakes up at 5:30 a.m. and carefully inspects his 24 foot-long yellow bus. He wants to ensure his bus is in tip-top shape to shuttle his passengers of children safely to school. He feels his job driving kids to school is just as important and vital as his former job! “We need to get used to the idea that there are no unimportant jobs. What could be more important than paying attention to the education system?” He said. And these wise words are coming from a man who not only retired from the FBI but also worked for several years as a CEO of a large company before stepping up to drive a bus. He takes his job so seriously that he actually waxes his bus to keep it bright and shiny. Mike got the idea to be a bus driver after he learned his city had a serious shortage of bus drivers. When he applied for the job, one of the top officials of the school called to ask him if he applied for the job by mistake. But Mike was quite intentional about taking on the job and he said it wasn’t for the money! In fact, he has already donated nearly $30,000 of salary to various charities this year. But the most beautiful gift he is giving this world is teaching us all how important every job is. You don’t have to be a top-ranked FBI agent or a CEO of a big company to make a big difference. All it takes is finding a need in your community and filling it. Whether it’s bagging groceries, working in customer service, or in Mike’s case, driving a bus. Thank you Mike for showing the world how important each individual is in your eyes and in Jesus’ eyes too. How precious and blessed are the kids who get to ride his bus everyday! “For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.” Luke 14:11

Entire School Bus Cheers For Grandma Every Day When They Pass By

Watch this entire bus of elementary school kids cheer for a grandma every day as it passes by — it’s the small acts of kindness that really turn someone’s day around! Sometimes life can get lonely when you live alone. So it’s always nice when others spend time talking with you or even just saying hello when passing by. This grandma gets a busload of greetings almost every day — literally. Retired teacher, Sandy Reichart, shared the heartwarming clip on her Instagram. She wrote, “Up at my mom’s again today. Every day when the elementary bus goes by her house, this is what happens. This makes my mom’s day.” The video of the kids making her mom’s day makes MY day! And she goes outside just to wave to all the kids that she doesn’t know beyond their daily hello? ADORABLE. It obviously makes everyone involved so happy. Even the bus driver participates by honking and slowing down as they pass by! You can see the sweet lady walking down her driveway waving to the bus before it even turns onto her street. Then, one by one, kids pop up in the window and start waving and yelling hi. Some of the kids even open their windows just for this purpose. I’m not crying. You’re crying. We can all learn something from everyone in this video. All it takes to be kind is a few seconds. Say hello and smile. Give someone a compliment. Offer a hand grabbing something off the top shelf. Spread the Lord’s love through His word AND kindness. There will NEVER be too much kindness in the world. Now go make somebody’s day! I know I will! And be you kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you. Ephesians 4:32

Foxes and Fossils Cover 70s Hit 'The Things We Do for Love'

Listen to this great cover by the group Foxes and Fossils of the 70s Hit ‘The Things We Do for Love’ by 10cc. “Too many broken hearts have fallen in the river, too many lonely souls have drifted out to sea You lay your bets and then you pay the price, the things we do for love The things we do for love, communication is the problem to the answer You've got her number and your hand is on the phone, the weather's turned And all the lines are down, the things we do for love, the things we do for love” What a great video showcasing so much talent! And the song is so upbeat and fun. ‘The Things We Do For Love’ is a song by the British band 10cc, and it was released as a single in 1976. In this cover song, Tim Purcell is on lead vocals, and other musicians accompany him with their harmonies and instruments. They are all talented individually, and they sound incredible when they come together to perform. It is great to see them all on separate parts of the screen showcasing their musical talents. “Foxes and Fossils never disappoint. I love their harmonies and arrangements. This song takes me back to my childhood,” comments one person on YouTube after watching the video. “As a career musician for more than 50 years, I can honestly say I have never heard any band cover 10cc. This was completely outta left field! Wow! F&F can do no wrong! I have run out of superlatives describing this group. Much respect,” writes another person online. We hope that you enjoyed listening to Foxes and Fossils cover the 70s Hit ‘The Things We Do for Love’ and it was able to bring a smile to your face today!

Grandfather Holds Stranger's Sleeping Baby In Waiting Room

When a mother has a lot going on but is trying to care for her child, it can be an overwhelming task. In this video, a grandfather holds a stranger’s sleeping baby in a waiting room, and it’ll warm your heart! We see such compassion and kindness by this man for this baby in a photo that was taken by someone else in the waiting room. While trying to fill out paperwork, a mother was struggling to hold her baby and get the paperwork done. An amazing man offered to help her. The mom says that she felt good especially when they began talking with one another. She explains that it felt right. The woman who took the photo said it was as if he was holding one of his own grandchildren. She says it was a touching sight and something that she had never seen before in the office. The mother explains how in the midst of our world of bad news, “it felt good to see something positive for a change.” This video inspires us to not only be on the lookout for ourselves but also the interests of others. As Christians, we are called to love like Jesus. Whether it is holding a sleeping baby or reaching out to a stranger we encounter, may this video challenge us to keep our eyes out for others in need. Had this man ignored the mom and gone about his day, he would have missed an incredible opportunity to help her. We do not want to sit by and miss out on showing the love of Christ with the world around us. “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or empty pride, but in humility consider others more important than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.” Philippians 2:3-4

John Legend Shows Up After Street Performer Starts Singing His Song

It is an amazing opportunity to perform for an audience. However, it is even more amazing when someone very talented who you admire, also appears to support you! In this video, John Legend shows up after a street performer starts singing his song. Can you imagine? Radha is a young woman living in Boston, Massachusetts. While she was performing live, John Legend and his wife Chrissy showed up. The girl began to sing his song, “All of Me.” The song just happened to be one that she’d chosen to perform that day, never knowing who would be there that day to hear her. John stood there with his son and watched with a smile on his face. After the song, Radha says thank you and acknowledges John and how it was a surprise for her to see him there. John goes up to give the girl some money. I wonder how it would feel to be Radha at this moment? The one who wrote the song was present while you sang it. However, this has happened to all of us in a greater way. The One who created us is present with us while we live our lives. God created us and He is always with us. We have the opportunity to honor Him with our lives like Radha honored John with her performance. Just how John stopped and listened to this young woman, God is not hurrying off ignoring our lives. He is actively focused on our daily needs and our struggles. He loves us more than we could ever imagine and He has dreams for our lives. He gives us the gift of having His full undivided attention. “Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend to heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the dawn, If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea.” Psalm 139:7-9

Man Witnesses The Murder Of His Family, But God Saved Him For A Reason

In this video, a man shares his story of how he tragically witnessed the murder of his family members and later came to realize that God saved him for a reason. Joey Kelly was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He is the youngest of four children, and he grew up going to church with his family. He was 7 years old when he accepted the Gospel after his sister shared it with him. Growing up, Joey would spend a lot of time with his best friend, Mikey. Mikey was also his cousin, and back in December 2000, the two young boys were having a sleepover, like they would do all the time. Joey’s aunt, who was his mother’s sister and Mikey’s mom, was going through a divorce and had kicked her husband out of the house. During that night when Joey and Mikey were having a sleepover, they ended up hearing people yelling from the other room. Shortly after, Joey saw his uncle come out of the master bedroom, holding a butcher knife and covered in blood. Then the most horrific things happened. “I watched my best friend, my cousin, Mikey, get murdered by his father.” Joey’s story is straight out of a horror movie. “Next, I run downstairs and he’s coming, chasing after me. I remember grabbing the phone and dialing 9…and then he rips the phone out of the wall, and I’m slowing walking backwards. He’s slowly walking forward,” Joey says. “He just doesn’t say anything back to me. Looked into his eyes, it was just pure evil. He was completely determined to kill that night, and he was on a killing spree at this point.” Joey ended up getting stabbed through the arm by his uncle. But somehow, when he opened his eyes back up after the attack, he was somehow 8-10 feet away from his uncle. “It’s like God got him off of me just for a quick second, and like, pushed me out of the way or something,” Joey shares. He eventually was able to escape his family’s house and went over to the neighbor’s house for help. But that tragic night impacted Joey for years. “This feeling of survivor’s guilt is intense and has been with me for a long time now,” he shares. “I remember being furious at God.” In college, after having a breakdown after not dealing with his grief as a kid, Joey found a Christian community that really helped him. “They made me realize that God saved my life that night for a reason,” he says. “It wasn’t by accident. He didn’t make a mistake. But He had a plan and a purpose for me, and He just wasn’t done with me yet.”

'Sound of Silence' Chilling Cover By Father-Daughter Duo Adrian And Emma-Jean

Enjoy this chilling father-daughter duet from Adrian & Emma-Jean to ‘The Sound Of Silence.’ Simon & Garfunkel originally released this iconic song in 1964. Since that time, many artists have lent their voices to the tune. One of the most well-known covers comes from the rock band, Disturbed, in 2015. Recently, a cappella group Pentatonix released their own version and it skyrocketed the tune back into popularity. Today, we’re hearing an entirely new rendition, with a nod to classical music, and it’s absolutely stunning. “Hello darkness, my old friend, I've come to talk with you again Because a vision softly creeping, Left its seeds while I was sleeping And the vision that was planted in my brain Still remains within the sound of silence” Adrian and Emma-Jean Galliard are a talented father-daughter duo from Johannesburg, South Africa. On their website, Adrian and Emma-Jean shared that they have been singing together for a while. However, they recently rose “to internet fame after videos of them singing The Prayer & Time To Say Goodbye went viral, leading to them being mistaken for the son & granddaughter of Andrea Bocelli.” With a whole new audience, the family duo is putting their talents on display with this chilling rendition of ‘The Sound Of Silence.’ “Take my arms that I might reach you"""" But my words, like silent raindrops fell And echoed In the wells of silence” Viewers agree that this performance is unmatched. One commenter said, ‘This little lady can sing. And the guy adds just the right harmony. A great job done folks.’ Another added, ‘I love how Adrian lets his precious daughter take the lead. They both bring it all and are perfect together. Keep singing for us and BRAVO.’ We couldn’t agree more and we’ll definitely be anxiously awaiting their next collaboration.

All-Star Contestant Puts Unique Spin On 'I Wil Always Love You'

Listen to this All-Star contestant on The Voice put his own unique spin on the song ‘I Will Always Love You.’ “If I should stay I would only be in your way, so I'll go but I know I'll think of you every step of the way, and I will always love you I will always love you, you, my darling, you Bittersweet memories, that is all I'm taking with me, so good-bye Please don't cry, we both know I'm not what you, you need” The singer in the video is named Terence, and his unique rendition of the song ‘I Will Always Love You’ will leave you in awe! The song was originally written by Dolly Parton, and it was made even more popular when it was sung by Whitney Houston for the movie The Bodyguard. In this video, Terence sings ‘I Will Always Love You’ with a more jazzy, almost mystical feel to it. There are modern dancers surrounding him during the performance, and there are flashing lights and fast beats that accompany the song. It is a rendition of the song like no other before! “What an original and gutsy version and rendition,” comments one person on YouTube after watching the video. “Hats off to you mate.” “What a risk with such an iconic song, but wow, you totally smashed it! What a powerful arrangement and performed with such passion,” writes another person online. Terence has such an incredible voice, and his talent really shines through in his performance of this song. We hope that you enjoyed watching this video today of Terence on The Voice singing his unique rendition of ‘I Will Always Love You.’ 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

Randy Travis Surprises Trio Singing 'Forever And Ever Amen'

Check out this talented trio singing ‘Forever and Ever Amen’ by Randy Travis when they are surprised by the country star himself! “Oh, baby, I'm gonna love you forever, forever and ever amen As long as old men sit and talk about the weather As long as old women sit and talk about old men If you wonder how long I'll be faithful, I'll be happy to tell you again I'm gonna love you forever and ever, forever and ever, amen” The video shows a group of three men on stage singing the song ‘Forever and Ever Amen.’ The country song is by Randy Travis, and it was released in 1987. The song was part of his album titled Always & Forever. The group in the video call themselves Restless Road, and each of them have such great voices! And the way they blend them and harmonize together sound so lovely! While the group is performing the song by Randy Travis, the country singer himself is backstage ready to surprise the trio! What a wonderful surprise! And one that these talented men will not soon forget. We hope that you enjoyed seeing Randy Travis surprise this trio of singers!

Father-Daughter Duet To 'Hallelujah' By Adrian And Emma-Jean

Enjoy this chilling performance of ‘Hallelujah’ from father-daughter duo Adrian and Emma-Jean. The powerful song was originally released in 1984, but it wasn’t until Jeff Buckley released the song on his 1994 album, ‘Grace’ that the song really started to gain momentum. Since that time, ‘Hallelujah’ become a worldwide phenomenon and truly cemented itself in music history. Over the years, many artists have covered the tune and it’s a popular song selection for auditions and showcases. The unique tune sounds like a perfect blend of a rock ballad and a gospel song. “Well it goes like this The fourth, the fifth, the minor fall and the major lift The baffled king composing Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah” Adrian and Emma-Jean Galliard are a talented father-daughter duo from Johannesburg, South Africa. On their website, Adrian and Emma-Jean shared that they have been singing together for a while. But they rose “to internet fame after videos of them singing The Prayer & Time To Say Goodbye went viral, leading to them being mistaken for the son & granddaughter of Andrea Bocelli.” Today, they are belting out the words to ‘Hallelujah’ and it is truly a touching performance that you don’t want to miss. There is something so special about a father and daughter coming together to sing and rejoice. From the very first note, I knew this was going to be an incredible performance and they did not disappoint. Who else agrees? Matthew 19:14 “But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”
