The River City Good Time Band (1979-1983) was a group of 16 extraordinary developmentally disabled singers and instrumentalists. Under the direction of Jan and Carole Brewer, the band recorded two albums and performed over 200 times, wowing audiences in the U.S., Denmark, and Iceland.
