16-year-old Damali performs a beautiful rendition of ‘You Say’ on The Voice.
In 2018, this song became a smash hit for Christian artist Lauren Daigle. The uplifting lyrics remind us all that God is with us each step of the way.
“I keep fighting voices in my mind that say I'm not enough
Every single lie that tells me I will never measure up
Am I more than just the sum of every high and every low
Remind me once again just who I am because I need to know”
Today, Damali is performing this inspiring song on The Voice stage. As a member of Team Kelly, Damali impressed the judges week after week. This talented young singer advanced all the way to the Top 20 of the competition.
Her final song was this powerful performance of ‘You Say’ and it was absolutely unforgettable. Just listen as she belts out these words of praise to our King.
“You say I am loved when I can't feel a thing
You say I am strong when I think I am weak
And you say I am held when I am falling short
And when I don't belong, oh You say I am Yours”
When God is by our side, there is truly nothing that can stand in the way. What a beautiful blessing for our Savior.
“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” ISAIAH 40:31

It was no prank when this woman calls 911 to order a pizza.
Tiffany Urban found herself in a difficult situation when her mother was the victim of domestic violence. The alleged attacker was still in the residence, Tiffany needed to think of a way to get help but not alert the man. “I was thinking to myself, ‘Okay, I need to call 911 but how do I get him to stay in the house so that he would be taken out in handcuffs.’”
That’s when she decided to pretend to order a pizza. But instead of calling the restaurant, she dialed 911. But when the dispatcher first answered the call, he thought it might be a prank.
When Tiffany persisted in her order, operator Tim Teneyck felt something was wrong. “She didn’t go away from the story that she wanted a pizza. She stuck right to it. I knew there was something else going on.”
By asking her yes or no questions, Tim was able to figure out that this was a domestic violence situation. He alerted the proper authorities and even instructed them to not use sirens to alert the alleged attacker.
Tiffany’s quick thinking in this dangerous situation helped save her mother in her time of need. And thanks to this smart 911 operator, authorities were able to arrive quickly and safely.
This is such an important story that serves as a reminder to always look beyond the surface of a questionable situation. You never know who may be reaching out for aid.
The talented trio of Mass Anthem performs a touching song for anyone losing a loved one called ‘Losing You.’
Diseases such as Alzheimer’s and dementia are so heartbreaking. These terrible conditions rob people of their memories.
Our memories are what make up who we truly are and it is devastating to have those slip away. It can be even harder to watch a loved one battle this horrible disease.
“No one can prepare you
for a moment like this.
These things don’t come easy
Very few of them make sense.
How do I live when I know I’m going to lose you?
But I haven’t lost you yet.
I haven’t lost you yet.”
Mass Anthem is a Christian band comprised of brothers Chad and Tyler Sowards and Joey Atansio. Chad and Tyler wrote ‘Losing You’ in response to their beloved grandfather’s dementia.
Their sister, Kelsey wrote about the awful disease on Facebook saying, “It has stolen every bit of what made him who he was to us all his life. Even though he can’t remember, recognize or talk to us anymore, we remember you Grampie. We remember everything that you were to us…”
“How am I supposed to move on
When you’re still around
Yeah we’re close to the end
But don’t know when this will end.”
It is so hard to watch our loved ones slip away but it is especially hard watching from the outside and feeling helpless the entire time. Hopefully, these touching words will provide comfort to anyone walking this difficult path.
In a viral ad about adoption, this young boy finally makes the tearful discovery that he is truly part of the family.
Foster children sometimes find it difficult to connect with a family. When they have been placed in multiple different homes, it becomes hard to let your guard down and let someone else into your heart.
Teens, especially, may have been placed with many families over the years without a successful adoption. This heartwarming ad for AdoptUSKids introduces us to Jason. As he enters a new home, he takes notice of the family pictures on the wall.
At first, he seems to be a bit of an outsider, but the supportive family lovingly welcomes him with open arms. One day, as he walks inside, he discovers that the family photos have been updated and now include pictures of him.
It was a simple gesture that made a huge impact on Jason. He immediately gives his mom a huge of thanks and appreciation.
AdoptUSKids reminds us “There are over 125,000 children in the U.S. foster care system currently waiting to be adopted. But teens have lower adoption rates and often wait twice as long to be adopted as younger children.”
Many families look for newborns or smaller children. But many older children are waiting for their perfect match too.
This is such a sweet reminder that there is so much we can give to these children and even more that they give to us. Who else is wiping away a tear right now?
America’s Got Talent alumni Tyler Butler-Figueroa performs a brilliant violin cover of ‘Hallelujah.’
We first met this talented young man when he auditioned for the fourteenth season of America’s Got Talent. I think the whole world’s heart melted when they heard his touching backstory and watched his incredible performance.
Tyler started to play the violin at the age 7, after he nearly lost his life to cancer. His treatments caused him to lose his hair and he immediately became a target for bullies. But music, and the violin, gave Tyler an outlet and he started to gain confidence and come out of his shell. His performance of ‘Stronger’ from Kelly Clarkson led judge Simon Cowell to press the golden buzzer.
Tyler made it all to the finals with his impressive violin performances getting better and better each week. Now, he’s sharing a special performance that is sure to be another hit. Leonard Cohen’s rendition of ‘Hallelujah’ is one of the most popular songs of all time.
The powerful song was originally released in 1984, but it wasn’t until Jeff Buckley recorded his own version in 1994 that the song really started to gain momentum.
Now, Tyler is performing his own instrumental version of the modern day classic and it is simply stunning. The violin truly gives this song an entirely new feel and you can definitely see how talented this young artist really is.
Time after time, Tyler reminds us all why he earned that initial golden buzzer on AGT. Don’t you agree?
