Dove award-winning artist Meredith Andrews gives a live performance of her new single “Faith and Wonder” featuring Cody Ray Lee and Abbie Simmons. Andrews puts faith at the forefront with this beautiful song about the glory of God.
“Full of faith and wonder
I will say no other
Name but Yours name but Yours”
There is truly no one like our Lord in Heaven. His name is more powerful than we could ever imagine. This worship song is a beautiful reminder that when we have God by our side, there is no force that can stand in our way.
“This name that storms the gates of hell
The only word my life will live to tell
All the earth will bow beneath the sound
Higher than the others higher than the others
Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus”
The words truly remind us that there is hope in Christ. He is truly the strength that carries us and He is the light that will guide us home. The Lord will provide for us and He will always be there with open arms to welcome everyone home. Let us sing these powerful words out loud for all the world to hear.
Psalm 150: 1-5 “1 Praise the LORD.Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens. 2 Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness. 3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, 4 praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe, 5 praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals.”
An inspiring deaf dancer earns a standing ovation on The Greatest Dancer. 28-year-old Chris Fonseca has always had a passion for dance, but many were unsure if he had what it took to live out his dream.
When Chris was just 23 months old, he lost his ability to hear due to meningitis. But, utilizing his hearing aid, this amazing young man is able to dance by feeling the vibrations and slight sounds. After a beautiful introduction from his little brother, it was time for Chris to take the stage on The Greatest Dancer.
This new show follows dancers of all ages and genres as they compete for prize money and the chance to appear on Strictly Come Dancing. At first, the dancer is hidden behind a wall. As they start to perform, the audience is given the chance to vote on the audition. If more than 75 percent of the audience likes the dancer, the mirrored-wall will open and the dancer moves on to the next round. Chris confidently performed a hip-hop routine to Drake’s ‘God’s Plan.’
Shortly after he started his routine, the mirror opened up and this incredible dancer was treated to a standing ovation. Judge Matthew Morrison was touched by the performance saying, “I dance personally because I’m inspired by the music. And watching you, you were so extremely musical for someone who can’t hear the music. You became your own music.” What an incredible moment for this talented dancer and I cannot wait to see what he comes up with next.
Tommy Emmanuel and John Knowles perform a stunning rendition of the classic song “'He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother.” This touching song was originally written by Bobby Scott and Bob Russell and made famous by The Hollies in 1969.
“The road is long
With many a winding turn
That leads us to who knows where
Who knows where
But I'm strong
Strong enough to carry him
He ain't heavy, he's my brother”
Many people have speculated the origins of the phrase, but most give credit to James Wells the Moderator of the United Free Church of Scotland. In 1884, Wells wrote a book called The Parables of Jesus. One of the stories recalls a little girl struggling to carry her big baby brother. When someone asks if she was tired, she stunned everyone by saying "No, he's not heavy; he's my brother."
“It's a long, long road
From which there is no return
While we're on the way to there
Why not share
And the load
Doesn't weigh me down at all
He ain't heavy he's my brother”
Over the years, many artists have covered this special song. Today, we are hearing a beautiful rendition from Tommy Emmanuel featuring John Knowles. Hearing these words stripped down truly gives this iconic song an entirely new feel. These two gentlemen definitely have a talent for performing and their voices combine perfectly for this tune. You can find this song and many others on their album 'Heart Songs.' Who else remembers hearing this one when it was first released?
One woman’s maternal instinct helps save a hiker on the verge of death. When Nancy Abell met Katharina Groene on the Pacific Crest Trail in Washington State, they struck up a conversation.
Nancy found out that Katharina was from Germany and she had plans to continue hiking the trail all the way to the Canadian border. The young woman was by herself but she had already walked the first 2,500 miles of the trail. Even though she only had 150 more miles to go, Nancy urged the stranger not to go on.
After they departed, Nancy could not get Katharina out of her mind. "I was really stressed out. I felt really compelled that I really needed to get help for her," the concerned woman said. Katharina was hiking late in the season, with no snowshoes and the forecast was calling for two feet of snow. That’s when Nancy called 911.
Even though the young hiker was not reported missing, she convinced the authorities that it was a dangerous situation and she needed to be located. The Snohomish County Sheriff's department searched the area and the inexperienced hiker was found frostbit. They said she had maybe a day left to live. Now, everyone is calling this ‘overprotective’ mama a hero, especially Katharina.
She shared that the entire reason she embarked on the hike alone was because she had given up on people. Because of Nancy’s incredible act, her faith in humanity is now restored. What an amazing story of listening to those voices within, no matter what.
When dad cant practice alone anymore. Liam helps dad practice praise & worship songs together. (Fire fall down) A great help. He does not cry or complains. He always listens to the worship.
This dying father shares an emotional first dance with his daughter on her wedding day. One of the most important moments in a woman’s life is when she gets married. It’s a time when she stands with the love of her life and they make a commitment to one another in front of God and family.
There are many special moments throughout the day, but one moment that always sticks out is the father-daughter dance. Normally done at the reception, this dance is always full of emotion. But one family is cherishing that moment for another reason. Mary Bourne Butts feared that her father may not make it to her December 29th wedding.
In May of 2017, her father, Jim Roberts, was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an incurable brain cancer. Shortly before the wedding, Roberts was placed into hospice care. But by the grace of God, this father made it to his daughter’s wedding and onto the dance floor. Together, they danced around to the classic country song ‘I Hope You Dance’ from LeeAnn Womack. Roberts is confined to a wheelchair but that didn’t stop Mary from twirling all around and sharing a tender moment with her dad.
I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room as this loving father sang the lyrics right along with his daughter. After being posted online, this video quickly went viral with over 400,000 views on Facebook. What a truly beautiful moment captured on film. Mary will surely cherish this dance for a lifetime.

Strangers on hidden camera react when diners belittle a waiter with OCD. The television show ‘What Would You Do?’ is a hidden camera program hosted by John Qui'ones.
The popular show is known for putting strangers in difficult situations and then recording how they react. You never know how someone will respond from episode to episode. Sometimes, there is anger while other times you will find yourself wiping away a tear. Many of the episodes are inspired by real life events or news stories.
Today’s dilemma focuses on mental health, an issue that has garnered increased attention in the past few years. An actor poses as a waiter with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, or OCD, while 2 female actresses portray the disgruntled diners. As they order their meal, they are met with frustration when the waiter’s OCD tendencies come up.
The cameras are rolling as nearby patrons notice how rude and disrespectful the two women are to the gentlemen trying to do his job. One by one, strangers start to stand up for the waiter either by saying something right to the women or giving words of encouragement to the waiter himself. But one particular diner stood out above the rest when she was brought to tears by the situation. It was then revealed that she suffered from OCD herself and sympathized with the waiter. After sharing her story, she wanted other to know, “We’re normal people. We go to work. We have kids. It’s no lesser than any disease of the body, it’s just a disease of the brain.”
