Teacher Finds Unique and Heartwarming Way to Include Students in His Wedding Day

A teacher found a unique and heartwarming way to include his students on his wedding day. The happy couple's involvement of the fourth-grade students in their special day will be something they will remember forever. Check out the sweet video to learn how the youngsters were included.

Every couple wants their wedding day to be a happy and joyous moment. After all, a wedding and the following reception are a celebration and recognition of two people finding one another, falling in love and vowing to remain together for the rest of their lives. There is arguably nothing more beautiful than that.

Understanding the importance and significance of a wedding and its day, every couple wants to add something special, their own twist. One couple, Thomas Randles and Halle Strieter, created the centerpieces for their wedding reception by having his fourth-grade students make them.

In the video, the couple explained that they asked the children to write answers to two questions: Why do people get married, and What is love? The kids’ answers, which Thomas did not help the children answer, were then framed and put on the tables.

Of course, the couple had their favorite. It was one that was so incredibly cute, simple but still very powerful.

“The cutest one was ‘What is Love?” Thomas said.

“’When you see the person,’” Halle said.

“Yes, ‘When you see the person, and your heart races fast,” Thomas added.

Later in the clip, the couple mentions that the student-created centerpieces were a big hit at their wedding. It was an incredibly fitting touch for their big day because there are many teachers in their families.

“So, there were like so many teachers in the room,” Halle said. “So, everyone really enjoyed it. They were getting a kick out of it.”

James 3:1 “Do not all be teachers, my brothers, because we teachers will be judged more hardly than others.”

Son and Mother in Hospice Share a Beautiful Dance at His Wedding

A son and his mother in hospice shared a beautiful, moving dance at his wedding. This is likely one of the sweetest, heartwarming, yet heartbreaking videos you’ll ever see. Have the tissues nearby while you check out this short but powerful story.

Weddings and everything about the big day are always emotional occasions. It’s the literal formation of a family, two people who vow to remain together regardless of what life may throw their way. Many people often shed a tear or two or three. How could you not at least get a little teary-eyed?

Of course, the wedding ceremony is only part of the big day. The reception that typically follows provides many other opportunities for people to bring out the tissues. Usually, at a reception, the moments most likely to bring those in attendance to tears are the father-daughter and the mother-son dance.

A clip posted on YouTube captured a mother-son dance that will likely bring everyone to tears. As explained in the video, the groom’s mother had been undergoing a battle with cancer, and they weren’t even sure that she would make it to the ceremony.

“I was just happy that I was there, and I was able to dance with him,” Olivia Armaro, the groom’s mother, said. “That was really my main concern.”

After successfully undergoing treatment for breast cancer, doctors discovered that she had masses in her lungs and cancer in her brain. While undergoing treatment for the cancer in her lungs and brain, Olivia was informed that she had only months to live.

Despite that heartbreaking news, Olivia was determined to attend her son’s wedding and dance with him. Even though many in the family had concerns about whether she would make it to the wedding date, Olivia was in attendance.

“Life is short,” Olivia said. “Be good to people; they’ll be good to you.”

Revelation 21:4 “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”

Stadium Full of People Sings to Woman on Her 100th Birthday, Leaving Her in Tears

A stadium full of people sang to a woman on her 100th birthday, which left her with tears in her eyes. The sweet performance of “Happy Birthday” moved the elderly football fan. Check out this lovely and heartwarming moment when thousands joined their voices to wish a woman a happy birthday.

Football fans are passionate, emotional people. They want nothing more than to see their favorite teams prevail on the gridiron. They will often adorn themselves in their team’s apparel, with some even going so far as to paint their body with their team’s colors.

It’s safe to say that unless it’s a hotdog or a bag of popcorn at the concession stand, fans are entirely concerned about what is happening on the field. Fans will watch, with hyperfocus, every play. They will also whine and complain about every call from the referee that goes against their team.

However, a video posted on social media captured a sweet moment when an entire stadium full of people took their attention off the field for a few seconds. Instead of being concerned about and focused on the next play, they used their time to make an elderly woman’s day.

Peggy, a University of Colorado football fan, was sung to by an entire stadium. It was her 100th birthday, and those in the stands took some time to sing “Happy Birthday.”

As the clip shows, Peggy was overwhelmed by thousands of people singing to her. Moments after the crowd begins singing, Peggy takes her hand to her mouth in disbelief. Seconds later, Peggy is brushing away tears from her eyes.

Not only did Peggy receive a special musical performance from an entire stadium, but as the video’s text points out, her team also won that day.

What a sweet moment that likely meant the world to her.

90-Year-Old Woman Realizes Her Dream with College Graduation

A 90-year-old woman made her dream a reality when she graduated from college. Earning a college degree was something this great-grandmother always wanted to do, and she made it happen. Check out this short video to hear her inspiring and uplifting story!

No matter how many degrees someone obtains, an education will always and forever remain incomplete. There will always be more facts and figures to learn and understand. We’ll never acquire all the knowledge and information that is available. Everyone should remain a learner, regardless of age or stage. We will always have room to learn, grow and improve.

Annette Roberge understands the value and importance of education and the need to be a lifelong learner. The 90-year-old also knows we are never too old to dream and work toward making those dreams a reality. That is precisely what she did when she walked across the stage and accepted her college degree.

In the clip posted on YouTube, Annette explains that she had to put her academic dreams on hold for years. After her husband was killed in the Vietnam War, Annette was left to raise her five children all by herself. Annette put her children’s needs and wants ahead of her own. The “children came first,” Annette said.

The video explains that she discovered something when she attempted to renew and enroll at Southern New Hampshire University. She learned that she had already obtained the required number of credits for an associate’s degree.

“It’s so unreal,” she said. “I know I see it on the wall. I mean, I got it, but it’s just, it’s like still being in dream world.”

Congratulations, Annette! What an incredible and inspiring accomplishment. She is a perfect example to others, showing they are never too old to dream and do something. We never know what we are capable of until we try.

Boy Scout with Autism Becomes a Hero, Helps Save His Father and Brother’s Lives

A boy scout with autism became a hero when he stepped up and helped save his father and brother’s lives. The young man took quick and decisive action during a frightening situation, which led to their rescue. Check out the short clip for the powerful and heartwarming story.

Politicians, actors and athletes are, for the most part, not heroes. The media and many on social media may say otherwise, but they are incorrect. In fact, they couldn’t be more wrong. Someone voting in Congress or putting a ball through a hoop in no way compares to what a doctor, nurse, firefighter or EMT does. One group saves lives while the other provides entertainment and casts votes.

Heroes are also frequently average, everyday people who step up and do extraordinary things in times of crisis and great peril. Louis Miklovic, 12, is the true definition of a hero.

A clip posted on YouTube details the terrifying situation that led to Louis’s heroic action. The scary incident began when Louis, his father, Josh Miklovic, and his younger brother, Pete Miklovic, were camping. Josh and Pete were enjoying a hike when Pete lost his footing, sending him and his father over a cliff and falling about 80 feet.

Louis, who saw his father and brother take the frightening fall, ran toward a nearby road to get help. He eventually caught the attention of a park ranger who happened to be driving by. Louis explained the situation to the park ranger.

At first glance, Louis’s actions don’t appear to be heroic in nature. However, as the clip explains, communicating and interacting with others can be challenging for Louis because of his autism. But the young man stepped up and was able to seek help for his father and brother.

“How he communicates with others is a challenge, but that day, it was all clear,” Josh, Louis’s father, said. “It was all clear. And that is 100 percent Louis at his finest.”

Dog Scared To Death of Humans Undergoes Heartwarming Transformation

A dog who was scared to death of humans undergoes a heartwarming and beautiful transformation. The animal did not want anything to do with human beings but eventually warmed up and found a forever home. Watch this short clip to watch this pup’s dramatic and astonishing change.

Everyone wants to be loved and with people who will protect and treat them right. These are basic needs every human being desires and deserves. If those aren’t met, people can and will grow up to experience various problems and issues.

The same is true for animals to a certain extent. A clip posted on YouTube shows how an animal who grew up not interacting with humans or having any contact with them reacted when someone took it in and attempted to care for it. The dog would shy away, take cover behind other dogs and literally shake because it was so frightened.

“He didn’t want to be handled,” the woman narrating the clip says. “He wouldn’t look at you at all.”

The clip mentions that they had to wait a month before they could even bathe the animal because he was so afraid.

Raoul’s foster parent was willing to take a chance on him and do whatever it took to help this animal. Eventually, that kindness and patience started to pay off as Raoul began to open up, welcoming more interaction with humans.

“Every day was a baby step,” she says about Raoul.

After about 10 days with his foster mom, Raoul began making strides, literally. He would take one, two and three steps in her direction.

“He just needed to learn that humans weren’t so scary, and after he understood that, he was good,” she said.

The video ends by adding that after Raoul made these significant changes in his attitude toward and view of humans, he found his forever home and was adopted.

Injured Army Vet and Family Receive Home in Heartwarming Surprise from Gary Sinise Foundation

An injured Army veteran and his family received a new home in a heartwarming surprise from the Gary Sinise Foundation. The veteran and his family were blown away by their new house. Check out the video to see the touching and moving moment.

Veterans are a special group of people. They voluntarily agree to go to some of the most dangerous places on earth to defend us and the privileges and freedoms that we take for granted. Those men and women often sustain life-changing injuries when fulfilling their duty of duty.

The scars from those injuries, whether physical, mental or both, will likely remain with them long after they complete their service. Joshua Hargis and his family know all too well how injuries sustained during deployment will forever change your life. According to the video’s description, as an Army Ranger, he lost both legs on a deadly mission during his fourth deployment.

Understandably, Joshua’s life has gotten more complicated since his injury. That’s why actor Gary Sinise and his organization dedicated to helping veterans, The Gary Sinise Foundation, stepped in to provide Joshua and his family with a new home.

A clip posted on YouTube captures the family's entry into their new home. Viewers will see the awe and amazement on their faces as they take their first look at their place. It’s enough to make you cry yourself.

“It was absolutely overwhelming walking in and seeing the house,” Joshua said.

Seconds after the family walks in and starts to become acquainted with their new living space, Gary turns their corner and surprises them.

“Welcome home,” he says to the family.

The rest of the video shows the family walking through the house. Joshua and other family members mention how much the bigger, more wide-opened rooms will mean to them and how it will literally change their lives.

What a beautiful moment of giving back to someone who has given so much to this country.

Inspiring Woman Forms Wheelchair Dance Group After Spinal Injury

An inspiring woman formed a wheelchair dance group after suffering a spinal injury. The woman persevered and refused to let a horrible, life-changing injury keep her from pursuing her goals. Check out the short clip to hear about this inspiring woman and all she is accomplishing despite an injury that put her in a wheelchair.

Life is often an unfair experience, throwing troubling circumstances and obstacles at us out of the blue. Unfortunately, hardships and trials have a way of finding and visiting us all at one time or another. Most of the time, the natural reaction when these unforeseen and horrible situations occur is anger and self-pity.

People often lash out angrily and have a “woe is me” attitude. Again, that is entirely understandable when bad things happen in life. But, for the most part, those attitudes and ways of being do nothing to change or improve the situation. They waste time and accomplish nothing.

A clip posted explains how one woman, Chelsea, dreamed of being a professional dancer. However, while in high school, she suffered a spinal injury that landed her in a wheelchair. For most people, this would have put any dreams of becoming a dancer to rest, but not Chelsea.

As she explains, she went on to pursue dancing, forming a dance group of seven women in wheelchairs – the Rollettes. As Kelly Clarkson mentions, the women have gone on to display their moves worldwide.

The inspiring woman states that she has had the opportunity to do some incredible things because of her perseverance and refusal to quit.

“And then I actually just got to perform in the Paralympics opening ceremony in Paris, which was seriously a dream come true,” she said. “That was the most incredible experience. And also, I actually got to perform in your (Kelly’s) music video,’ Invincible.’”

Chelsea also mentioned how she is helping others. She has created an empowerment camp for women and children with disabilities.

James 1:12 “There is a blessing on the man who undergoes testing; because, if he has God’s approval, he will be given the crown of life, which the Lord has said he will give to those who have love for him.”

After Aging Out of Foster System, This Young Woman Finally Gets Adopted Into Loving Family

After aging out of the foster system, a young woman finally got adopted into a loving family. The woman spent years in the foster system and actually aged out, but she was still adopted and now has parents and a loving home. Check out this heartwarming story, and make sure to have some tissues ready.

Everyone wants to be with people and in a place where they are loved and feel safe and secure. Not only does everyone want that, but they deserve to have it and feel that way. A stable and loving environment is critical to a child's development.

Sadly, many children, through no fault of their own, find themselves in places where there is little to no love but chaos and instability reign. Children in those situations are very often abused and neglected. To try and remedy the situation, children are then placed in the foster system, where adoption by a loving, caring family is often a possibility.

Autumn Wise was one of those children in the foster care system. A clip posted on social media mentions that Autumn spent most of her life in the system. She was placed in foster care at just 3 years old and remained in the system until she aged out at 18.

While she may have aged out at 18, two years later, at 20 years old, Autumn finally received what she had wanted her entire life: a family.

"Once I turned 19, my now-parents had asked me if I wanted to be adopted," she said.

Autumn's adoption was official at 20 years old. To commemorate and remember the moment Autumn officially became a part of their family, her parents created a special name for that occasion.

"My parents called it Autumn's Day," she said.

Autumn added that being adopted and finally having a mother and a father means the world to her.

"It's astronomical," she said. "I, I have been standing on my own two feet for as long as I can remember. Granted, I'm still very stubborn. However, my parents have given me a foundation where if I fall, they're there to help pick me up. I didn't have that growing up."

School System's Heartwarming Decision to Name the School After Its Dedicated Janitor

One school system made a heartwarming decision to name a building after its dedicated janitor. It was a unique and moving honor to recognize and celebrate an employee's efforts who means so much to the students, faculty and staff. Check out this incredible story to see how one school thanked a beloved employee.

Many people see their job simply as a way to receive a weekly or bi-weekly paycheck and provide financially for their families. Of course, people should always strive to be the best employees possible. Acting in such a manner is fulfilling and follows the Bible’s command to work as if we’re working for the Lord and not for man.

However, some people go a step further and see their job as a calling. They love their position, their coworkers and their employer. People who view their position as more than a paycheck but as a calling and a purpose will go above and beyond the call of duty. Every employer wants those supremely dedicated individuals. One elementary school in Missouri has one of those kinds of people.

According to the video posted on YouTube, Claudene Wilson is a longtime janitor at a school in Swedeborg, Missouri. She is always willing to lend a hand, fulfill whatever role and step up in any way. In addition to her janitorial duties, Claudene has driven a school bus, helped in the school cafeteria, assisted with landscaping and even performed secretarial duties. Whatever is needed to be done, she is more than willing to do it.

Claudene regularly works 13-hour days at the school. She confesses that the kids, the students, keep her motivated and willing to work those long days.

To recognize all her hard work and dedication, the school board unanimously agreed to name the elementary school “Claudene Wilson Learning Center.”

Everyone – the students, staff and the school board president – agrees that Claudene is more than deserving of such an honor.

“These kids get sick; you think they go to the nurse to start with?” Chuck Boren, school board president, said. “They go to her. If they had a bad night, they go to her. I mean, she’s there for each and every one of them.”

However, Claudene, being the humble, modest and hardworking person she is, feels otherwise.

“It touches your heart, but I don’t think my name needs to be up on a building somewhere.”

Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, do it readily, as to the Lord and not to men;”

Son’s Heartfelt Surprise Brings Back the Car His Father Let Go of Decades Ago

A son’s heartfelt surprise brought back the car his father sold decades ago. The man went through much hard work and effort to find the vehicle his dad sold to help provide for their family. This is such a sweet and heartwarming moment. It will bring a tear or two or three to your eyes.

In life, everyone must make decisions. We make decisions so often, possibly hundreds of times every day, that we do not even realize we’re doing it. We are constantly presented with situations where we have several options and must make decisions.

Most daily decisions don’t have life-changing, earth-shattering repercussions or consequences. Nevertheless, every decision made comes with a sacrifice. Because we chose this option, we don’t get to do this or have that. However, our choices will be predicated on and determined by our priorities in life. We will make decisions that benefit what we most value and love.

A clip posted on YouTube shows the moment a son surprised his father with a blue, mint-condition 1967 Camaro. It’s the same make and model the father sold more than four decades earlier to provide for his family. The father was presented with a choice and made a decision that would benefit his family.

The big reveal was a moment, a surprise that required years of hard work. Jared Guynes, the man who presented his father with the Camaro, started the process of searching for and restoring the vehicle in 2021.

The process was even more difficult because Jared couldn’t call his father for help while working on the vehicle.

“Honestly, my dad is the expert on this car and all, what we would call carbureted cars, like muscle cars,” he said. “So many times I had a problem with the car, and if I can only have called my dad, and asked the question, he could have helped me fix it.”

Of course, that would have ruined the surprise. Jared eventually restored the vehicle, making for a moment his father will never forget.

What a beautiful act for a father who obviously loves and cares for his family very much.
