1 Chronicles 13:1-14 When you are seeking God you are seeking God for the long term of life, what you are going to be doing in life. Ark-the presence of God being with the people of Israel. Uzza the tribe of Levi. No one to touch the ark of the covenant. Only the high priest can go into the room with the ark. David stared to sing "Seek the Lord". You never get to old to seek righteous word and council for your life. Don't seek for the short term, when you should be seeking God for the long term. God has a long term plan for your life. You are settling for less than what God has for you. God wants us to wait on Him, instead of trying to make the decision for ourselves.
We bow down to satan for the short term pleasure and short term things in life. God already gave you promise for your life. God knows what is best for your life, his is the only that can give it to you. When you are seeking God your mind, soul and heart are all lined up with God, within yourself. You can't seek God and have doubts in your life. You have to know who God is, and who he is in your life. You are not seeking God if you are still doing the wrong things. God wants to govern your life. If you are seeking God he will answer you. Don't grow confident, and then turn away from Him.
In this message we’re going to look at our emotions. What are they? Why did God build them into us? How do they image God and how can they help us know him more?
