God's grace is manifested in His forgiveness. Forgiveness is perpetual and not just a one time gift. The manifestation of great love is not one time forgiveness, but the ability to keep on forgiving, over and over again! An inspiring and uplifting Word from the Lord!

"God's Choice, God's Work," Rev. R. Scott MacLaren, First OPC Perkasie PA

The journeys of the Apostle Paul would make for a great National Geographic Special, following him from the malarial low lands of Phrygia in modern day Turkey, through bandit infested roads, to the highlands of Antioch in Pisidia. What fortitude it must have taken to make that journey while possibly suffering from malaria. Yet, through his sufferings and perilous travels, Paul brought a powerful message of eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ. Paul was not like some who manipulate the emotions of their audience with tearful stories and loud declamations. He spoke a high and challenging message of God's sovereign choice of a people for himself, followed by effective action in bringing salvation to them.Watch as Pastor MacLaren shows from Acts 13 how God's Choice determines God's Work in this sermon preached at First Presbyterian Church in Perkasie, Pennsylvania on August 31, 2014. Paul is writing this book, and he is in prison during this time.<br /> Their are those that are still enduring. If you are not watching, if you are not listing. We as believers we have to amount a good offense against the enemy. The best defense is the best offense.<br /> When we are offering correction to others they think that it is judgment. God is the only one that can judge.<br /> Long suffering .... having or showing patience in spite of troubles, especially those caused by other people.<br /><br /> God is a God that will bless you. Money does not solve your problems. He can you the peace in your life that money cannot replace.<br /> God lets you prosper, to let you help others.<br /> The reason you are blessed is because you live a righteous life.<br /> There are things that are out there in the world that are influencing people to stay away from the things of God.<br /> Even though the supreme court and these judges are passing unrighteous things in this world, they are not God. God's word has not changed, it doesn't lie, these things WILL NOT inherit the kingdom of GOD.<br /> The gifts and callings of God is without repentance.<br /><br /> 2 Timothy 4:1-8
