Red Worship has released its newest single, “We Lift Your Name,” offering another glimpse into the collective’s forthcoming live album, WITNESS, arriving September 25.
"'We Lift Your Name' came together during rehearsals," shared Red Worship. "We felt like we needed a song that clearly said why we do all of this in the first place: to praise Jesus and lift up His name. What started as a moment in the room quickly became a song we knew we had to share. We hope it reminds people that Jesus is the reason we gather, sing, and worship."
Recorded live at Redemption Church in San Jose, WITNESS captures the authentic sound of a church passionately pursuing God’s presence, blending contemporary worship, gospel, and urban influences with hymns and moments of high praise. “We Lift Your Name” joins previously released songs “Yeshua,” “Memories,” “Christ Our King,” and “Testify (smell like smoke),” which together begin to paint a picture of the live worship experience captured throughout the project.
The new release arrives as Red Worship celebrates two GMA Dove Award nominations. “Something’s About to Shift (Live),” led by Jonathan Stamper, is nominated for Gospel Worship Recorded Song of the Year, while Live at Redemption Church received a nomination for Gospel Worship Album of the Year.
This fall, Red Worship will bring its music to audiences across the country as the collective joins CeCe Winans and special guests Terrian and Charity Gayle on a nationwide worship tour. For tour dates, tickets, and more information, visit redworship.com.
