After seeing the horrific images of a flooded Houston area, Natalie Grant, along with other top Christian Artists, decided to do something about it.
On Thursday August 31, she hosted a Facebook Live charity concert to raise funds for victims of Hurricane Harvey, right on Natalie’s Facebook page.
Titled, “Together for Texas”, the concert was posted at the top of Natalie’s Facebook page. In addition to performances by Natalie, visitors heard unplugged acoustic performances from Mark Hall of Casting Crowns, Mandisa, Jeremy Camp, Matthew West, Matt Maher, and others.
Here is the concert in its entirety, from Natalie's Facebook....
Natalie expressed her excitement and appreciation for the event coming together in such a tremendous way:
Join me right here on Facebook for this Facebook live event at 8pm central! What started as an idea in my head in the middle of the night has bloomed in to this. So grateful to my amazing friends for saying yes. And my team for pulling it together. If you feel led, you'll have the opportunity to help Convoy of Hope and their work on the ground in Texas. Speaking of TEXAS - We love you. We're with you.
And hey everyone - would you share this with all your friends so they can watch, pray and give too? #togetherfortexas
