Proverbs 3:5-6 is pretty much my life verse, or life passage if you will. The part that clicks for me is "lean not on your own understanding". I have a big pride issue, and I *do* often lean on my own understanding, rather than trusting in the Lord. No matter how many times I fall flat on my face by relying on that strategy, I continue to do it. It's a struggle. I acknowledge my shortcoming in that area of my life, but still I do not always acknowledge Him, as the passage calls me to do, as my ultimate Guider. The promise is awesome, that He will make my path straight if I will only trust Him. The best part is, no matter how many times I mess up and lean on my own understanding, he keeps giving me another chance. Thank You, God, for your grace.

To me, a dobro makes any song better. If I'm not mistaken, that's Al Perkins playing the dobro on the interlude. Thanks, Al!

I didn't really care for the line "if You get the time...", because God *always* has time for us; there are no "ifs". The only "getting the time" issue is our own failure to *give* Him the time.
