God sees assets in you that you don't even recognize, but your self-concept—how you view yourself—determines your future. Throughout scripture, God called ordinary people with low self-esteem to extraordinary purposes, first repairing their self-concept before using them powerfully. Moses, Gideon, Jeremiah, Isaiah, and Peter all experienced this divine identity restoration. Being born again doesn't automatically fix your self-concept; you must embrace how God sees you and lay down your old identity. When you allow God to restore your self-concept, you open the door to the anointings, giftings, and blessings He has prepared for you.
