Because we are going to need what David had when he fought against Goliath his enemy. We need to be equipped, prepared, decisive and alert!

The Bible says to be bold as a lion!

Proverbs 28:1 (NKJV) "the righteous are bold as a lion."

Therefore, let us be, bold as a lion! No need to run from the enemy. In addition, this type of boldness and courage is needed today!

I know David was not perfect. However, when he was on, he was on! We need people like David today who are on!! (Equipped, prepared, decisive and alert)

However, above this, we have Jesus Christ, who is always on, perfect and never sinned, Him, we can certainly trust!!

Be thankful that Jesus was crucified, died, was buried and raised from the dead forevermore and now salvation is available for everyone.

People are looking for the truth. Are you searching for the truth? Jesus said in John 14:6, that He is the truth.

John 14:6
"Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

There are many things that we can say about truth. There are several passages of scripture in the Bible about truth. Here is just one.

Ephesians 4:25
“Therefore, putting away lying, "Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor," for we are members of one another.”

When I was a sinner growing up my talk was filthy. The Bible says that “no human being can tame the tongue”, then I learned that the Holy Spirit was not human.
Dictionary definition for the word “Tame”: to bring under control, to tone down, soften.

Therefore, when He had mercy on me and entered my life, He began to tame and train my tongue, in other words, what was coming out of my mouth. (My talk, words. conversation, speech, vocabulary…)

The Holy Spirit rescued not only my life from ruin but my direction in life.

If the decision is not made to grow spiritually, milk will remain the main course. Heaven will be their final, destination, but their potential to be used by God on earth will not take shape as it could if they chose the path of maturity.

To feed on pure spiritual milk is an excellent thing, but we cannot live on it if we desire to advance God’s kingdom. We need the strength that comes through solid spiritual food.


“Him we preach and proclaim, warning and admonishing everyone and instructing everyone in all wisdom (comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God), that we may present every person mature (full-grown, fully initiated, complete, and perfect) in Christ (the Anointed One).” Colossians 1:28 AMP

"I have had the privilege of appearing on several hundred radio shows over the past 12 years speaking about my books. I always try to bring the conversation around to the Rapture and the truth of the Word which states that the Lord will gather together His church and take them to Heaven before the Apocalypse proper begins.

Invariably I receive emails from sincere fellow Christians insisting that we are indeed to go through the Great Tribulation and that I am a coward for not wanting to accept this trial of faith.

I always reply with Romans 5:9 where Paul states categorically that; “We are saved from the wrath to come.”

It is important to note that when reading Revelation 13:15 I state as Patrick Heron does in the article the image of the first beast... I am not exactly sure what translation he was reading from but there are a couple versions that speak of a first and second beast, for example:

Berean Study Bible
The second beast was permitted to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship it to be killed.

and

New International Version
The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed.

While the KJV reads:

King James Bible
And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

John 12:40
He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them.
