Lauren Daigle on Choosing Things that Will Make a Long-Lasting Impact and Bear Good Fruit

Lauren Daigle stressed the importance of doing and investing in things that will make a long-lasting impact and bear good fruit. The popular Christian music artist stated how she is concerned about doing things that will bear good fruit in the long run, even after she is gone.
Watch the short but moving clip to hear Lauren’s powerful words about bearing good fruit.

Our time on this Earth is limited; no one will live forever. As ironic as it might sound, death is a part of life, and that is just a fact. So, knowing that our lives have an expiration date, it’s a good idea to put your time and effort into things that matter.

Share God’s Word and your testimony with someone. Offer a helping hand to an individual struggling. Impact and invest in someone else’s life. Participate in and practice things that will bear good fruit because, as Jesus says in Matthew, you will know them by their fruit.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Lauren shared how she was thinking about making a lasting impression on someone’s life, impacting them for good and living a life that bears good fruit.

“Don’t get caught up with the things that are temporal,” she said. “Where will your fingerprints last, even long after you’re gone? Spend time in those places. A lot of times, it’s with others.”

Later in the clip, Lauren mentioned how everyone will produce fruit, but will it be good or bad? She states that she is concerned about wanting to live a life that results in good fruit.

“And we will all have something to answer to,” she said. “What is the fruit of our life? And when I think about eternity and when I think about how short and long this life can often feel, I just want to know that I lived a life that bore a lot of fruit, good fruit, not bad fruit.”

John 15:5 “I am the vine, you are the branches: He who is in me at all times as I am in him, gives much fruit, because without me you are able to do nothing.”

God answered my prayers through an Angel

This video will give you goosebumps at the end. It has been 20 years and i still get goosebumps and a little teary eyed. #ThankYouJesus 🙏❤️

Actor David Henrie Shares His Faith Journey and God’s Impact on His Life

Actor David Henrie shared his faith journey and how God has impacted his life. When he became a follower of Jesus, David mentions that it changed his personal and professional life as an actor in Hollywood. Watch the short but powerful clip to hear how David came to be a follower of God.

The world is a fallen and broken place. It’s full of people who are struggling and hurting. Most people are simply looking for something or someone they can rely upon, place their faith in and trust. Simply put, people desperately seek truth and meaning in a world devoid of both.

It was on this search, on this hunt, that David eventually found God. In a clip posted on YouTube, the “Wizards of Waverly Place” star says that he was after meaning and something real. After studying, David concluded that there had to be a God and that the world and everything in it had to have an Intelligent Designer behind it. This world did not come about by chance.

“There’s so much intelligence in the universe, and there’s so much rationality in it,” he said. “There’s so many numbers in it that had to have a Creator, and it was this lightning bolt moment where I went, ‘There has to be a God.’”

Later in the clip, David says that after concluding that God exists, he understood that he had to change his life. From that point, David says that his life started to have purpose and meaning.

“God in your life doesn’t just make things better immediately,” he said. “But He gives you purpose, and you have a goal. So, I’m not a hamster in a wheel. I’m still a hamster, but I’m going toward a goal. There’s a goal now. It’s not this infinitely circular thing where you’re chasing your tail all day long. Life is still hard, and life is still difficult, and life has suffering. But at least there’s meaning to it now, and at least there’s purpose. That, to me, made all the difference.”

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, said the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

Jonathan Roumie's Powerful Words About God Leave Young Man Deeply Moved

Jonathan Roumie’s powerful words about God left one young man deeply moved. “The Chosen” actor brought the guy to the verge of tears with a few simple but moving words about God calling and reaching out to him. Watch the short but moving clip to see the powerful moment between the two men.

God is constantly working and moving in the lives of His followers. But God does not stop there. That is not all that He does. He is also a gentle and loving shepherd concerned about the lost sheep. His love is too great for Him to give up on those still living in their sin and shame.

He constantly pleads and prods, hoping we turn away from our old, sinful ways and accept His love and forgiveness. In the Bible’s last book, Revelation, it’s written that God stands at the door and knocks, and if anyone who hears that knocking opens the door, He will come in.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Jonathan shares that what one man is dealing with spiritually is actually the Lord working on his heart and mind. The man in the clip is unsure if there is one God or many, but watching “The Chosen” has allowed him to see and experience Jesus for the first time.

In response, Jonathan tells the young man that God is trying to reach him. The Lord is standing outside, knocking on the door of this young man's heart, hoping that He will be let in.

“God is calling you,” Jonathan tells the man. “Yeah. He wants to know you on a deeper level, and so that tug that you’re feeling, that’s Christ trying to get to know you. That’s what that is.”

The clip ends with the young man getting emotional and Jonathan telling him he will remember him in prayer.

What a powerful and moving clip!

The Story Behind Fred Rogers’ Iconic Sweaters on 'Mister Rogers Neighborhood' Will Touch Your Heart

The story behind Fred Rogers’ iconic sweaters on “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” will touch your heart. The meaning of those sweaters is likely information that even some of the biggest fans of the beloved program did not even know. Watch the short but heartwarming clip to hear about the sweaters worn on the classic children’s program.

“Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” is a television program everyone is familiar with or, at the very least, has heard of. Even those born long after the show went off the air have likely caught a rerun or two. It was a show that taught its young audience about patience, kindness, gentleness, love and acceptance - qualities and virtues that are all sorely lacking in society today.

The program was led by the soft-spoken and middle-mannered Fred Rogers, who went around his neighborhood interacting with a host of characters, some of whom were puppets and others actual human beings. But as everyone remembers, every episode began with Mr. Rogers putting on a sweater and a pair of shoes.

In a clip posted on social media, Fred Rogers explained the meaning behind the sweaters that became a staple of the popular PBS show. As he explains, his mother actually made those sweaters.

“My mother, as long as I could remember, made at least one sweater every month,” he said. “And at Christmas time, she had about 12 very close people to her. I mean, there was Dad and my sister and I, of course, and my grandmother. And she would give us each a hand-knit sweater every Christmas. And so, until she died, those zipper sweaters that I wear on the ‘Neighborhood’ were all made by my mother.”

What an absolutely fascinating story and a beautiful way for him to honor his mother. Who would have guessed that something seemingly as insignificant as a cardigan could carry so much meaning?

Proverbs 22:6 “If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old he will not be turned away from it.”

Woman Shares Her Journey to Complain Less and Trust God More

One woman shared her journey of trying to complain less and trust God more. She mentioned that she has made a concerted effort to stop grumbling and whining about situations and circumstances and instead focus more on God’s plan. Watch the short but powerful clip to hear what the young woman had to say.

Everyone whines and complains at one point or another. It’s human nature to voice complaints whenever something is not going our way. We all want to go through life without any pain, struggles or worries, but unfortunately, that is not possible. That is a fact of life.

Situations will arise in life that we don’t like or appreciate, and they might even result in pain and discomfort. Often, circumstances are totally out of our control, and we just have to grin and bear it. But what would happen if we put more trust and faith in God instead of the default human response of grumbling and complaining?

In a clip posted on YouTube, one woman explained that she has really tried hard to do just that. She even mentions a specific instance where she reached out to Jesus Christ and said she was through with complaining. Instead, she was going to trust and rely upon Him and His plan.

“But I don’t want to look back on this season, and be, like, ‘I complained my whole way through this,’” she said. “Don’t want to do that. And so, I’ve been really intentional about being present. This is what God has me in.”

Later in the clip, she mentions the Israelites and their wandering in the desert for 40 years.

“And I do not want to end up like the Israelites,” she said. “Because I’m telling you right now what should have taken them 11 days took them 40 years. And sometimes, when we keep complaining, and we have that lack of faith, we stay stuck, and we’re prolonging what God has for us.”

Philippians 2:14 “Do all things without protest and arguments;”

The Powerful Advice a Stranger Gave Hoda Kotb

A stranger gave Hoda Kotb some powerful and moving advice. The former host of the Today Show was on a plane when she received some insightful words of wisdom from someone. Watch the short but powerful clip to hear what a stranger told Hoda.

Life is a series of unexpected events. We cannot and will not be able to predict what will happen from one moment to the next. Throughout life, there are instances and causes for celebration. Sadly, sometimes life will hurt and result in an immense amount of pain and suffering.

No one enjoys those painful and heartbreaking occurrences. But what if those times of terrible suffering and heartache are not just about and for us? What if they are for a greater purpose? The Bible says that in all things, God works for the good of those who love Him.

That was the message that a stranger on a plane shared with Hoda. This person said that the difficulty and pain she was experiencing at the time were not just for and about her but could be used to help others. In a clip posted on social media, Hoda talked about her interaction with this stranger and the words of wisdom he shared with her.

She mentions that at the time, she was battling breast cancer and had just undergone a procedure. She was on a plane, sitting next to an individual who struck up a conversation with her. Eventually, after a lot of probing questions from the man, she shared that she had breast cancer and had undergone a mastectomy. She asked him not to just think of her as someone who had breast cancer.

What he said next shocked her.

“He said, ‘Breast cancer is part of you. Just like going to college and getting married and working at NBC,’” Hoda recalled. “He goes, ‘I’m going to give you some advice.’ “He said, ‘Don’t hog your journey. It’s not just for you. You can take your stuff and put it deep in your pockets and go to your grave, or you can help somebody. You decide.’”

Philippians 2:4 “Not looking everyone to his private good, but keeping in mind the things of others.”

From drugs to Jesus / Matthew's testimony

Mattew was raised in church, raised by a father who was an unconventional preacher. He was baptized in junior high, full of faith and hope. But after high school, everything changed. One by one, he lost the people who meant the most to him - his grandfather, his grandmother, and then, most painfully, his mother. The weight of that grief pulled him into a spiral of alcohol and hard drugs, trying to numb what felt unbearable. in 2019, Matthew hit rock bottom with a near-fatal drug overdose. That was the moment his friends and family, heartbroken and desperate, gave him a choice: get clean and fight for your life, or lose us completely. By the grace of God, Matthew chose life. Now, five years sober, Mattew stands as a living testimony of redemption. He volunteers with a prison ministry, pouring his heart into others who feel lost just like he did. And through his story - his pain, his healing, and his faith - God has brought 20 souls to Christ. He was lost, but now he is found ❤️ #testimony #redemption #sobrietysuccess #faith #godisgood #prisonministry #prodigalson

Lauren Daigle Reveals What Inspired ‘Thank God I Do’

Lauren Daigle reveals what inspired her to write “Thank God I Do.” One of the biggest names in Christian music explained the story behind and the origins of the hit song. Watch the short but powerful clip where Lauren talks about “Thank God I Do” and what moved her to write it.

This world is a sad and broken place full of people who are lost, struggling and hurting. Many are looking for anything to help them make it through whatever situation they are facing. Sadly, way too many people will continue searching, never finding the one true answer to all their worries, anxieties and heartache.

However, because we live in a broken world, we, as Christians, are not immune to experiencing painful and frightening situations. We will still encounter circumstances that cause fear and anxiety. But because we know and have faith in a gracious, loving God, we know He’ll see us through whatever the situation.

But what about those who don’t know God? That was the thought in Lauren’s mind when she wrote, “Thank God I Do.” She was praising Him because she is a follower of His and knows He will guide her and protect her in whatever situation she faces.

“I find myself whenever you’re living this human walk, right, on this planet; it’s not that we escape the things that are human; it’s that he gives us the sword to go through it, right?” Lauren said. “He gives us the power to go through it. And I just thought, when I was having these panic attacks, what would people do if they didn’t know the truth? Like, if they didn’t know what I know? I know that I’m going to make it through to the other side because of Him. I know that. But what would people do without it? And that song was written kind of out of that experience.”

What a powerful testimony about the peace and comfort found only in Him.

John 16:33 “I have said all these things to you so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble, but take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Man Shares Powerful Illustration of God’s Love Using His Own Son

One man shared a powerful illustration of God’s love using his son. His perfect example accurately describes God’s never-ending, unconditional love for humanity. Watch the short but powerful clip to see and hear his example, which helps to put God’s love for us into perspective.

The human brain is limited. Even the most intelligent person alive, the individual with the highest IQ, will not come close to understanding God's ways. Our minds cannot grasp and comprehend many concepts and aspects of God.

One of the things that is especially hard to understand about God is the depth, magnitude and never-ending nature of His love for all humanity. Most people likely cannot imagine loving every single person on Earth. Yes, there are people we love, but there are also those we really don’t. While we don’t hate them, we aren’t going to go out of our way to offer them any assistance. We merely tolerate them when we must.

In a clip posted on YouTube, one man beautifully explains and illustrates God’s love and uses his son and his relationship to him as an example. Much like a father’s love for his son, God’s love for us was not earned, and there is nothing we could have done to earn it. He gives it because that is who He is; we are his children.

“This boy didn’t work to be my son,” he said. “He didn’t deserve it. He still can’t speak, and then you saw the noises he was making. He was my son because we wanted him to be here. When you’re a child of God, you’re a child of God because of God’s grace and God’s love for you. You didn’t earn it, deserve it and you couldn’t ever pay for it.”

Later in the clip, the man mentions what those who fast will learn and discover in the process.

“When we fast, we don’t make him our Father,” he said. “Fasting doesn’t make him your father. Fasting makes you aware of the love and the care that He has. Because sometimes we’re just distracted, and He helps us to slow everything down so that we become near to Him, so we can hear Him and be aware of Him.”

Romans 5:8 “But God has made clear his love to us, in that, when we were still sinners, Christ gave his life for us.”

John Krasinski Says His Kids Don’t Believe He’s an Actor—And the Reason Is Hilarious

John Krasinski says his kids don’t believe he’s an actor, and the reason is hilarious. The “Office” star shared a hysterical story that perfectly illustrates why his children have difficulty seeing their father as an actor. Check out the short but laugh-out-loud video to hear why John’s children don’t think their dad is the acting type.

“The Office” is easily one of the most beloved television sitcoms of all time. It’s a show that can be watched multiple times, and the jokes will never get old and tired. It’s so quotable and can keep you laughing long after an episode ends. Also, Michael Scott, as the boss who desperately wants to be best friends with his co-workers, is arguably the best television character ever.

In addition to Michael, one of the main characters was Jim, played by John Krasinski. “The Office” was a springboard for John, who has gone on to star in movies and television shows. That show was big for his career, but as John says, “The Office” has hilariously caused some problems and confusion for his kids.

In a clip posted on YouTube, John explains to Stephen Colbert why his children do not think he is an actor. It all has to do with his time on “The Office.” His kids have no issue believing their mother and John’s wife, Emily Blunt, is an actress. They’ve seen her in the most recent “Mary Poppins” movie.

“Well, Emily had a head start by being in Mary Poppins,” he said. “My kids thought she had married me out of charity. They’re like, ‘You’re so nice to marry an accountant. Like that’s so nice of you.’ ‘Cause they don’t know what I do.”

Later in the clip, he explains an interaction that explains why his children are a little confused as to what their father does.

“I was walking them to school one day, and this guy came up, and he was very nice,” John said. “And he came up, and he went, ‘John from “The Office!” And I went, ‘Yeah,’” and he goes, ‘Oh my God, it’s so good to see you!’ And I said, ‘Thanks!,” and we kept walking. And she said, ‘So, do you work with him?’ And I went, ‘No.’ And she goes, ‘Why are you lying to me?’ And I said, ‘I’m not lying to you.’ And she goes, ‘He just said he knows you from “The Office.”

Job 8:21 “The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.”

Tauren Wells Reflects on His Faith Journey and Musical Mission

Tauren Wells reflects on his faith journey and musical mission. The popular and incredibly talented Christian musician talks about his life and faith and how his faith in God has resulted in him creating music and leading a church. Watch the short but moving video to hear Tauren’s powerful testimony.

Everyone has plans for their lives and how they envision things going. That’s all fine and great, but as anyone who has been alive for any significant amount of time knows, life doesn’t work like that. It’s been said that if you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans. Most people would likely wholeheartedly agree with that saying.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Tauren goes through his life story. He mentions that as a 9-year-old growing up in Michigan, his life’s direction changed when his father arrived home and said the family was going to church. Soon after starting to attend church, Tauren discovered he had a knack for music.

“That summer, I went to church camp, and that’s when I first started singing in church,” he said. “And realized God had given me something that I could use for His glory to minister to His people.”

While majoring in and studying theology in college, Tauren states that God continued to work on his heart. He formed a band in Bible college, eventually leading to a record deal. Later, Tauren would go out on his own, becoming a solo artist.

Soon after becoming a solo artist, Tauren states that he felt God’s pull on his heart to start a church and become a minister. However, Tauren adds this situation, which taught him patience and the need to rely even more on God to open doors.

“A lot of times when God gives us a vision, we think we have to do it immediately,” he said. “And I think that instant obedience is a good quality to have, but God does so much more over time than He tends to do overnight. And had it not been for that season that felt like a pause in a lot of ways, we would have not launched with the height and the trajectory that we launched with in 2024.”

In addition to being one of the most popular Christian music artists, Tauren is the head pastor of the Church of Whitestone, a church in Cedar Park, Texas.

What a powerful testimony that beautifully displays the power of God!

Patricia Heaton Reflects on 'The Middle' and Shares Love for Her Castmates

Patricia Heaton reflects on “The Middle,” and shared love for her castmates. The award-winning actress looked back on the popular, long-running show and talked about her castmates and why she thought of the cast's youngest member as her peer. Watch the short but heartwarming video to hear Patricia discuss “The Middle.”

Patricia is arguably best known for playing Debra Barone on the iconic, beloved sitcom “Everybody Loves Raymond.” It’s a show that never gets old, no matter how many times you’ve seen this or that episode. But after that show ended its run, Patricia found another show that was nearly as beloved as “Everybody Loves Raymond:” “The Middle.”

Set in Indiana, “The Middle” follows the Heck family and their many hilarious misadventures as they navigate life together. Patricia played Frankie Heck, the mother who tries to hold everything together when everything falls apart. While it was a very different show than “Everybody Loves Raymond,” they were alike in some ways. The writing was excellent, and the show had a ton of heart.

In a clip posted on social media, Patricia reflects on her time on “The Middle” and the actors, the people who made up the Heck family.

“When you’re on a single-camera show like “The Middle,” they become like your family,” she said. “Fortunately, I was with Neil Flynn, playing my husband, and the kids were Charlie McDermott, Eden Sher and Atticus Shaffer, and they were amazing.”

Later in the clip, she mentions a specific memory involving Atticus Shaffer, who played Brick Heck, the family's youngest member.

“Atticus Shaffer, who was maybe nine when we started the show, something like that, he was so professional,” she said. “He could hit every punchline and knock it out of the park that I started thinking of him as a young adult. And I would kind of goof with him and josh with him. I got a call saying, ‘Could you ease off on Atticus?’ Oh! I forgot he’s nine! I actually went to apologize, ‘I’m sorry, I’m just kind of joking around ‘cause you’re so good and you’re so grown up that even though I’m 50 years older than you, I feel like you’re my peer.’”

Job 8:21 “The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.”

49ers QB Brock Purdy Shares How Faith Has Guided His Life and Path to the NFL

Brock Purdy, mentioned how faith has guided his life and path to the NFL. The 49ers quarterback mentioned how God has guided his every step, especially when the way forward was uncertain. Watch the short video to hear Brock’s powerful testimony.

Many youngsters dream of becoming professional athletes. They grow up watching games on television and hope one day to emulate what they saw those players do on the field or the court. However, while many want to be in the NFL or the NBA, the number of people who make it is tiny.

Despite that reality, Brock, like most young men, dreamed of playing in the NFL. In a clip posted on YouTube, while playing in high school, Brock recalls being told he was too this or too that and even starting to think his football journey may end in high school. No matter what happened, Brock was going to trust God.

“I was so hurt because I was, like, wanting it so bad,” he said. “If I don’t have a scholarship or an offer, I could walk on, yes. Is this really what my life is going to look like or not? Man, did I feel lost. Am I actually that? Am I actually what people were saying of me?  Because I knew, deep down, that if, you know, I’m a follower of Jesus Christ, like, it should only matter what He thinks. So, that’s when I opened up God’s Word. I felt so much joy in His presence, and I felt content. I was like, ‘Dude, I have everything I need.’ If football works out, great. But if it doesn’t, it’s going to be OK. Because, according to the Bible and God’s Word, I’m loved so much, and wherever I go, He is going to continue to guide me where He needs me to.”

Eventually, Brock got a scholarship offer from Iowa State at the last minute. While starting all four years at Iowa State, Brock set several school records.

In 2022, Brock was the last player selected in the NFL draft. Again, despite the odds, Brock made the team, and in 2024, he became the lowest-drafted quarterback to start in the Super Bowl.

“This is my season of life of where God has me,” he said. “You know, I don’t know how long I’m going to play. It could end tomorrow; it could end in another 20 years. What I do know is making life about serving others, and laying down my life for my wife, my family, my teammates. Not putting a spotlight on yourself, but making others around you feel loved, and use what I have to point people to Jesus. I think that’s greatness.”

Romans 10:17 “So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.”
