Patricia Heaton Praises God as She Reflects on 'Everybody Loves Raymond'

Patricia Heaton praised God as she reflected on “Everybody Loves Raymond.” The award-winning actress looked back at and shared some memories of her time on the beloved sitcom. Watch the short but powerful clip of Patricia discussing “Everybody Loves Raymond.”

There are some sitcoms and other television programs that, regardless of how old they are, will always remain rewatchable. “Everybody Loves Raymond” is one of those special shows. It does not matter how often you’ve seen this or that episode; it will always cause you to laugh.

On the iconic and award-winning sitcom, Patricia played Debra Barone, Raymond’s wife, who is locked in a constant, never-ending battle with Ray’s mother, Marie. In a clip posted on social media, Patricia shared some memories of her time on “Everybody Loves Raymond,” mentioned her audition for the show and praised God for the opportunity to play Debra Barone.

“Obviously, ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’ was life-changing,” she said. “I went into that show with two kids. I came out with four kids, two Emmys and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, plus some really great friends who are still my friends. And I got to work with iconic actors like Peter Boyle and Doris Roberts and Katherine Helmond and Robert Culp and so many people who aren’t with us now, and I had the privilege of being with them. God is good. I was so blessed. I’m so grateful that I got to be a part of that, what is now, an iconic show.”

Patricia hilariously confesses that one of her biggest worries going into her audition for the show was Ray Romano. She didn't see him becoming a television star, but she is big enough to admit when she was wrong.

“I don’t know. He doesn’t come across like a big TV star,” she said. “I was wrong.”

2 Timothy 1:3 “I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with pure conscience, that without ceasing I have remembrance of you in my prayers night and day;”

Young Couple’s Love Deepens After Devastating Accident

A young couple’s love has only deepened after a devastating accident. The horrific, life-changing incident has brought the young man and woman closer. Check out the short but beautiful, tear-jerking clip to hear about this couple’s powerful story. Make sure you have tissues nearby; you will need them.

Life is unpredictable. No one knows what will happen from one moment to the next. We can have a good idea of what might happen based on past experiences. But anyone who says they can predict the future is either lying, crazy or probably a little bit of both.

Sadly, due to life's unpredictable nature, bad things can and do happen. Typically, they occur when we least expect them, catching us completely off guard. But while we may be caught off guard and unprepared for them, how we respond to those situations and circumstances matters.

A clip posted on YouTube shows the beautiful and heartwarming way one couple responded to a horrific injury that left one of them paralyzed a week after they started dating. Brooklyn hit her head on the bottom of the pool, leaving her paralyzed. But her boyfriend and now fiancée, Alan, did not leave her side the entire time she was in the hospital.

Following the injury, Brooklyn spent months in the hospital recovering and rehabilitating. At that time, she told Alan she would understand if he wanted to move on and date someone else.

“I had told him that, like, I understood if he, like, if he didn’t want to continue dating or anything like that just because I wasn’t naïve to that, that not everyone can do that or wants to do that,” she said. “But he never left my side.”

Alan is amazed by Brooklyn as he remains by her side, watching what she has done since her injury.

“To witness firsthand all that she’s got to accomplish and do, even with the injury, has been, I mean, nothing less than amazing,” he said. “And again, I’m very blessed that I get to have one of the front-row seats to that experience.”

Five years since the accident, the two are now engaged.

“He is just such a blessing,” she said. “That’s one of the number one words that comes to my brain when I think of Alan, is just a blessing straight from God.”

1 Corinthians 13:13 “But now we still have faith, hope, love, these three; and the greatest of these is love.”

Woman Shares How Repentance Leads to True Freedom

One woman shared how repentance leads to true freedom. The young lady mentioned that instead of cowering and hiding from the Lord when we sin and fall short, run to him and ask for forgiveness. Watch the short clip to hear what she says about getting freedom from sin and shame.

The world is a lost and broken place full of hurting and struggling people. Everyone is a sinner; all have fallen short of God's glory. The Bible is very clear on this point. We all need the Lord’s grace, mercy and forgiveness.

Turning to the Lord and asking Him for forgiveness brings new life, making those in Christ new creations. His love and forgiveness release people from sin and shame, bringing true freedom.  Sadly, many people look anywhere and everywhere else to ease their pain and suffering, but there is only one answer. There is only one place to turn to achieve true forgiveness and to be freed from one’s past.

In a clip posted on YouTube, one of the women with Girls Gone Bible illustrates her point of finding freedom in Him by using Adam and Eve’s fall in the garden. That should have led them both to turn toward God instead of hiding from Him. He would have freed them from their sin and shame. Instead, they were afraid and knew full well that they had disobeyed. But God was still hoping they would confess and repent of their sins.

“We aren’t supposed to run from God when we do wrong,” she said. “We run to Him. That’s the whole point of repentance; is we don’t need to be in shame and run. We need to run to Him and get and get on our knees and say, ‘I am sorry’ and own up to what we did. And that’s where the freedom comes. That’s when you are free. The truth will always set you free. You can’t run from God and He knows everything.”

What powerful and true words about Him, who is quick and faithful to forgive sins.

1 John 1:9 “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

CeCe Winans Reveals the Key to Her Strong and Lasting Marriage

A wedding ceremony is one of the most beautiful things you’ll ever witness. What could be more moving than two people standing at the altar vowing in front of God, their family and friends to remain together regardless of what life may throw at them? Those people in attendance are watching a family being formed. It’s a tear-jerking display, for sure.

But after the wedding and the ceremony ends, real life begins. Like everything else good and worthwhile in life, marriage is not easy. It requires work from both parties to keep the relationship strong, happy and healthy. In a clip posted on YouTube, CeCe Winans shared what else, or rather who else, has been instrumental in her 40-year marriage.

“Put Jesus first, making him the center of our marriage,” she said. “We would have been divorced a long time ago if Jesus was not the center of our marriage.”

Later in the clip, CeCe mentions that she speaks to couples a lot. During one conversation with a young woman, she shared that the Lord reveals something about herself to her every time she goes to the Lord about her marriage or about her husband.

“I said, but when every time I submit to Jesus, then He always tells me about me, you know? I’ll go to Jesus to talk about Alvin, and the Lord is, like, ‘No, it’s you. It’s you again.’  I’m, like, ‘No, it couldn’t be me again. I know I’m right.’” CeCe says with a laugh.

The clip ends with CeCe sharing what has helped to keep her marriage strong and lasting.

“So, the secret is both of us submitting to Him, submitting to Him,” she said. “And I’m so glad I have a husband who was willing to not just submit to Jesus, but also to authority.”

Genesis 2:24 “For this cause will a man go away from his father and his mother and be joined to his wife; and they will be one flesh.”

Olivia Lane Shares How God Guided Her Through Fear and Uncertainty

Olivia Lane has shared how God guided her through fear and uncertainty. The musician says that she came to a place in her life and career where she felt called into a specific direction, but she was unsure what to do next. Watch the short but powerful and moving story of how Olivia answered God’s call and how He guided and directed her through fear and uncertainty.

Most people like being in control or, at the very least, knowing what is coming and what lies ahead. This would allow us to prepare for whatever is coming. However, that is rarely, if ever, how life works. Many would conclude that life is a series of unexpected events and that what matters is how we respond to those situations and circumstances.

But it’s still human nature to be nervous and apprehensive when the road ahead is uncertain, and the outcome is murky. In a clip posted on YouTube, Olivia shares how she was facing an unclear and uncertain situation in her life. After giving her life to Christ, the musician felt called to write and produce songs about Jesus but being a country artist for 10 years; she naturally had a great deal of fear and anxiety.

As she shares, all she could do at that point was rely on Christ and His direction for her path forward.

“And I remember going for a hike, and I was talking with the Lord and praying, and I just asked Him, ‘Lord, what do you want me to do with my music? Like, I need clear direction here. This is my calling, I feel. This is what I want to do with my life, but I want to honor You in it,’” she said.

She mentioned the Lord answered her, telling her to begin writing songs about Him. She says that even though she felt and heard His response, she still didn’t know anyone in the Christian music world, and she wasn’t sure if this would work.

“I didn’t know what the next steps really were, but I knew how to write a song, and I knew that God would handle the outcome,” she said. “I just had to be obedient to His call, and man, the Lord showed up and totally blew up my life but in the best way possible.”

Psalm 32:8: “I will give you knowledge, teaching you the way to go; my eye will be your guide.”

The Unexpected Way God May Be Urging Us to Put Down Our Phones

There may be a way God is unexpectedly urging us to put down our phones. The good Lord has created a beautiful world; often, the best way to experience it is without using technology. Simply look at it and take in its beauty with our own eyes. Watch the short but powerful and thought-provoking video to hear how the Lord might be encouraging us to let go of and put the phones down.

Technology is wonderful. It has advanced and made our lives better in various ways. Technological advances in medicine have helped to prolong our lives and fight and cure diseases. Other technological breakthroughs have made remote work possible, communication instantaneous and life infinitely more comfortable and enjoyable.

However, like most things in life, there are downsides to these technological advances. Easily, the biggest negative has been our ever-increasing reliance on technology. Seemingly, we can’t do anything without our cell phones tightly held in our hands. We must record and photograph every minute of every second of every day.

However, in a clip posted on YouTube, one young woman mentioned how God might be encouraging us to put our cell phones down. Natasha Bure, Candace Cameron Bure’s daughter, mentioned what happens every time she tries to capture a sunset with her phone during an appearance on her mother's podcast.

“One thing that I think is so funny, every single time, I don’t know if either of you guys have had experience with this, every single time there’s a beautiful sunset, I want to grab my phone to take a photo,” she said. “And it never turns out even remotely close to how it actually looks in real life.  And I always feel like that’s, that’s God’s way of telling me, ‘Just put down the phone and enjoy My creation.”

Later in the clip, she mentions that when she encounters that situation, she is reminded, “This is not for my phone right now. This is just for me to enjoy.”

Colossians 1:16 “For by him all things were made, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, authorities, lords, ruler and powers; all things were made by him and for him;”

Woman’s Powerful Workout and Uplifting Take on Aging

One woman shared a look at her powerful workout and provided an uplifting take on aging. She demonstrates that getting older is all about perspective, like so much else in life. Watch the short video to see and hear from the woman about her unique thoughts on getting older.

Aging is something that impacts everyone on Earth. With every passing second, minute, hour and day, we get older – it doesn’t matter if you’re eight days, eight years or 80 years old. In addition to getting older constantly, aging is a process that cannot be stopped. No one has found a way to freeze or reverse time, so time marches on.

Since there is nothing we can do to stop aging, why not accept it and make the best of it? That’s precisely what one woman is doing and how she looks at getting older.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a woman in her 70s states that she has no fear of getting older. She believes we can get stronger as we age, and she might be onto something. Her strenuous workout regimen is evidence that she has gotten stronger as she’s aged.

“I have gained this knowledge that I can keep getting stronger,” she said. “And in my mind, I think I can keep getting stronger into my 80s and 90s.”

The woman admits that her daughter, who competed on “American Ninja Warrior,” had a significant impact on her. Watching her child on the popular television show motivated her to become more active and work on her strength.

She says her daughter told her to start doing pull-ups, and that’s precisely what she set out to do. However, it took her nine months to build up the strength to do one. Now, at 73, she can do 17 pulls at a time.

“And you can do a lot more than you think you can,” she said. “You have to throw away all those old stereotypes. Fifty-plus is not downhill. It’s just the beginning of a whole new chapter of your life.”

1 Timothy 4:8 “For the training of the body is of profit for a little, but religion is of profit in every way, giving hope for the life which now is, and for that which is to come.”

Candace Cameron Bure Vows to Share Her Faith Online Despite Critics

Candace Cameron Bure vows to share her faith online despite what critics may do or say. The actress, author and podcast host will not be stopped from spreading the word and love of Jesus Christ online, regardless of what others might say. Watch the short and powerful clip featuring Candace’s bold statement.

The world is often a cold, cruel and heartless place. Many people today look out for themselves and do not bother themselves with the needs and well-being of anyone else. Why should I be concerned with them if I’ve got all I need and more? They should go out and provide for themselves. Those seem to be the thoughts and feelings of far too many people today.

Even though the world may be cruel, uncaring and unconcerned about others, social media is an even worse place. Popular social media platforms like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) and others are full of some of the most profane and hateful stuff on the internet.

On those sites, people can hide behind a keyboard and post their vile, hate-filled messages. While Candace may often be on the receiving end of those messages, she will not stop sharing and posting about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In a clip posted on YouTube, the “Full House” actress made her bold declaration.

The clip begins with Candace posing the following question to her two guests: “Do either of you ever have a time where you’re like, ‘This is actually too much. I don’t know if it’s worth sharing my faith online anymore?’”

One young lady responded that her faith is so integral to her identity that she has never considered stopping posting about it. Candace completely agreed with the young woman’s statement.

“To me, you can write as many bad comments about me as a Christian as you want to because for the very reasons that you guys said,” she said. “My faith is what drives me.”

John 15:18 “If you are hated by the world, keep in mind that I was hated by the world before you.”

Elementary School Principal Reveals Wisdom and Important Lesson He's Learned

An elementary school principal has revealed valuable wisdom and an important lesson he’s learned. The educator understands that he’s in a position of influence and knows what he says and does can significantly impact the students he interacts with and encounters. Watch the short video to see what the principal has learned during his time on the job.

Educators are important people in children's lives. They interact with students daily, imparting knowledge and facts. But even more important and influential than the facts and figures shared with students are the words and attitudes those educators display in the process.

The words we use and the attitudes we demonstrate matter. People, especially young elementary students, pick up on that, which will impact them positively or negatively. That’s why one school principal knows being intentional with students is crucial. One negative or positive interaction could stick with them for the rest of their lives.

In a clip posted on social media, the principal shared “the biggest thing I’ve learned since becoming a school principal.” According to the principal, that is, “be intentional with every interaction.” The video shows the educator skipping down the school hallway with a student.

The principal shares more in the post accompanying the video, offering further insight into why he believes intentionality is so important.

“Some students you’re going to get hundreds of opportunities to interact with and others you’ll only get a handful,’” he writes. “You never know which interaction will be the one the student will remember. Make them all meaningful.”

What a wonderful thought and sentiment for teachers, educators and everyone else as we go about our daily lives. We never know how what we say or do will affect others, so it's best to choose our words and actions carefully.

Ephesians 4:32 “And be kind to one another, full of pity, having forgiveness for one another, even as God in Christ had forgiveness for you.”

Nate Bargatze Shares How God Looked Out for Him Early in His Career

Nate Bargatze shares how God looked out for him early in his career. The popular comedian mentions that he can now see the good Lord’s hand in the beginning stages of his comedy career. Watch the short clip to see how and where Nate says God was looking out for him.

Stand-up comedy is a challenging field in which to try to carve out a career and make a living. When starting out, most comedians struggle and have to scrape by to make it. Stand-up gigs are often sparse and hard to come by, and there are sometimes other dangers associated with such a career venture.

There are many stories of big-name comedians succumbing to the temptations and vices typically associated with comedy and life on the road. Sadly, these vices often cost the individual their career, family and even their lives. In a clip posted on social media, Nate explains how the Lord looked out for and protected him in the early stages of his comedy career.

In the video, Nate talks with fellow comedian and Christian Anjelah Johnson-Reyes. Comedians typically travel and tour together. He spoke of him and Anjelah traveling and working together for a long time and how that kept him from getting into things and areas that have destroyed others.

“You made me think about another one,” he said. “Something about God watching me all the time. The fact that He put me with you because I could have went with so many other comics that did not have God in their life. And you know, just dudes that are going to be dumb and whatever. So, that could have been spent; we were together so long that it could have spiraled me into a whole other realm. But He put me with you, someone who was like-minded with me.”

Later in the clip, Nate adds that Anjelah has significantly influenced how he deals with and interacts with fans. Since she is kind and gracious with everyone she meets, Nate tries to emulate and live up to her example.

John 13:15 “I have given you an example, so that you may do what I have done for you.”

Candace Cameron Bure Shares How She Can Instantly Recognize Fellow Christians

Actress, writer and podcast host Candace Cameron Bure shared how she is able to recognize fellow Christians instantly. Within the first few moments of meeting someone, the actress mentioned that she can tell if they are a follower of Jesus Christ or not. Watch the short video to see and hear what makes it so easy for Candace to spot a Christian.

Hollywood is generally not a place or an industry considered to be welcoming to Christians or people of faith. In most television shows and movies, Christians are typically evil or sinister characters or the butt of most jokes. However, that has never stopped Candace from speaking out about her faith and belief in Christ.

Candace and her brother, fellow actor Kirk Cameron, are two of the most outspoken Christians in Hollywood. In a clip posted on YouTube, Candace, on her podcast, mentioned how she can easily spot a fellow Christian. She said she thinks it has to do with something that happens when people have been walking in faith for a few years.

“I think when we have been walking in faith for several years, that is when the Christianese happens,” Candace said. “And because we do, we have a language. I know a Believer when I see them.”

She added that a lot of it was related to what she could see on the person’s face.

“You can talk to someone,” she said. “Sometimes you just see it on their face. It’s literally the glow of Jesus on their face. But sometimes, you say two sentences, and you’re like, ‘You’re a Believer, aren’t you?’”

We signal to others who we are and what we believe by our words, actions and attitudes. That is precisely what Candace is describing and how she can decipher who is a follower of Jesus Christ and who is not.

Matthew 7:16 “By their fruits you will get knowledge of them. Do men get grapes from thorns or figs from thistles?”

Prophetess Diaries: Entry 2 - Ultra Seers

As an Ultra Seer, I serve as a prophetic intercessor of God, operating under bondservanthood rather than as a free agent. I have limitations and restraints, and although I can tap into certain insights, I often choose not to in order to maintain a sense of normalcy in my life. Additionally, God does not permit me access to all information wanted. Ultimately, He is the all-seeing one and in control of all existence. I am grateful for this, as my primary goal is to do His will while seeking compassion and love in my humanity. I stand as a believer and servant of Jesus Christ, embracing my role in His divine plan for the salvation of souls. Amos 3:7 "Surely God does nothing unless he first reveals his secret to his servants the prophets". Text for Translations: Alright, I don't usually tell people that I'm an ultra seer as a prophetic intercessor. There are some aspects of the gift that I don't even understand and sometimes things will be going on that seems like a puzzle or a mystery and I have to close myself and solve it on my own. As an ultra seer, I can receive information and hear and see events, people and hear God. I don't want to make people uncomfortable about that, but it seems I don't like to tell people what I know or how far it goes. It's a matter of discretion. And it's most often it is best to keep it to myself. Along with the gift, I'm a discerner of hearts. I have mostly all the prophetic spiritual gifts, and I learned to keep that to myself also. And most often, best to pretend that I don't know. Because I learned as a youth that you don't go around getting mad at people and upset before anything even starts. Well, I learned how embarrassing that is when people are not understanding what you see already. I learned just don't do it and seek God for self-control, love, and the patience. As a prophetess, most of my work is done in the unseen and spiritual realm that most people may not understand. The internet and technology is not my main purpose or job in ministry in the Lord. For example, God may wake me up to a vision going on in another part of the world, where I may be called to intercede for the issue in the spirit, where I become spiritually present to engage. It almost reminds me of like a secret service operation, prophetically, and there is sometimes sleeplessness, but not always. The last rude awakening was a loud voice and tongues of fire prayers of another intercessor, praying as a lead of a group in Asia. She was either German, mixed Asian, but she was mixed. I picked that up spiritually and what I got is she was concerned for demonic outbreaks and demonic possession in her area. A vision of, I saw a vision of an Asian, Asian girls talking to themselves. Demon possessed was on the line. I was overwhelmed how powerful of a prophetic intercessor she was, and how fevered she was praying in tongues that it had awakened me and forced me to engage. I don't see that many prophetic intercessors like that, and I could sense she was also an ultra-seer type, which is very rare among even the prophetic people. What being a seer with more intensity. Well, in other words, she wasn't having it. And I heard all her group praying behind her and she was demanding assistance. I engaged spiritually and even exhausted. But it took time, but our intercession time ended. And some of this related to the pandemic, and that I'd rather not discuss about right now in this entry. But I'm not the only intercessor like me out there. The event ended and the job went well....And that's it.
